We do not accept return or offer refunds once an order has been processed or delivered, expect in following situations:
. The item received is damaged or defective
. The order received is incorrect
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oleellc25@gmail.com. Pleasee include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your request and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Olee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
